KeePass DX: 7 stars

It lost 3 stars (for its unfriendly setting).

Similarly, KeePassium DX allowed users to include specific characters by entering the characters into the box of considered characters (lost 1 star here).

However, there were two annoying things while generating passwords. Users needed to choose the option of “at least one character from each “; otherwise, it might fail to create qualified passwords even having selected the appropriate options. (lost 1 star here)

Another thing was that users could only read the passwords clearly if they remembered to choose the option of making the passwords readable. The passwords were shown in dots by default. (lost 1 star here)

So it lost 3 stars for these unfriendly settings.

KeePass XC: 7 stars

The same situation (in KeePass DX) can be seen in KeePass XC, so it also lost 3 stars for these unfriendly settings.

Zero password manager: 10 stars

To copy the website requirements, users needed to click “All “twice to clear all the special characters by default. Then users click one or two specific characters that websites need to generate ideal passwords. This process took users a few more steps, but it did help users generate ten qualified passwords effectively.
